Scrambled: Nutella Rice Krispies treats

width="470"
This week on Scrambled, Anna talks about Nutella Rice Krispies treats.

Hello Scrambled readers! Now that mid-year exams are over, I’ve been able to take some time to relax and do something fun — bake.

This weekend, I was looking for something easy to make. When I opened my pantry and saw a box of Rice Krispies cereal, I immediately thought back to when I was a little kid and loved eating Rice Krispies treats for snack.

However, I wanted to make something more than simple Rice Krispie treats. So, what could I add to make it more interesting? I thought about different kinds of candy, fruit and chocolate, but I finally decided on trying one of my favorites, Nutella.

Click here for the recipe.

This recipe is easy to follow, and although the Nutella can be a little messy, it doesn’t take very long. If you’re looking for something to make these treats a little more festive, try adding M&M’s instead of chocolate chips.

Enjoy!
