Next year, there will be a mandatory contract signed by all council members. “Because these people are elected by the students, if you get elected then dont show up or dont do the job that we think youre supposed do, then it needs to be addressed,” Advisor Jared Walsh said.

Student Council implements contract for members

Student Council advisors Jared Walsh and Charlene Bishop are implementing a mandatory contract for Student Council members next year. The decision to make this contract coincided with the recent election for next year’s Student Council officers and eboard members.

[Escalation] is an incredibly important film to show to every senior class to prepare them for their future and teach them ways to better these unfortunate and difficult situations,” said senior Nour Sayeh, one of 10 MVP leaders.
