Who arranged the playlist?

“Ava and Reed, [my teammates from Weston], created most of the playlist, and I added some songs,” junior captain Julia Wegerbauer said.

Why did you choose the songs that you did?

“We chose upbeat songs and songs everyone knows, so we can feel like a dynamic team,” Wegerbauer said.

How does your playlist affect the team?

“The songs get the team going on the bus, so no one is tired and lazy when we arrive at the rink,” Wegerbauer said.

Why do you think it is important to have a good warmup playlist?

“We have to sit on the bus with our full equipment on, so usually the team is in a bad mood getting onto the bus,” Wegerbauer said. “So, we did our best to create a playlist that would get the team in a better mood and start getting them in the right mindset to win.”
