In person or online shopping: “I prefer in-store shopping because you can see how things fit before buying them.”
Fashion icon: “My fashion Icon is Brandon Choy. I really like him because he wears a lot of vintage surf and skate clothing which is my favorite style of clothing. He also has a brand of jeans that I really like.”
Favorite season for fashion: “I like the fall because of how versatile your outfits can be. You can wear clothes that are for warmer weather and also ones that are better suited for colder weather.”
Favorite accessory: “My favorite accessory is necklaces because of how much they can elevate an outfit.”
Design time: “I don’t really plan my outfits, I just look in my closet and throw on something that I think looks cool. It usually only takes about five minutes.”
One word to describe your style: ”One word I would use to describe my style is surfwear. I really like all of the older surf pieces.”
Do you make your own pieces: “Yeah I do, normally I take inspiration from somewhere else and if I can make it with a sewing machine, I will.”
Piece of advice: “A piece of advice that I would give someone who is struggling to put outfits together is to wear what you like and what you think looks cool. Don’t think too much about what other people will think or say about it.”
What is fashion to you: “Fashion is a way that people express who they are and what they are interested in.”
