![WHS’s Connect Program ran its annual holiday gift drive to fulfill the wishlist of children enrolled in the Dorchester based non-profit daycare organization, the Yawkey Center. On Friday, May 31, WHS’ dance group, Window Dance Ensemble, hosted its annual spring show. The theme of this year’s spring show was “Love to Dance.” The directors chose that title because some of the songs they played were about love. Window is directed by students who choreograph each dance. This year’s directors are seniors Belle Peredna, Ally Yaffe and Talia Macchi.

![Junior Benjamin Hammond solos "Twist and Shout" by The Beatles as part of the T-Tones performance. "[Twist and Shout] is one of my favorite songs, and with the amount of vocal harmony it has I figured it would be good for A Capella," Hammond said. "[Twist and Shout] has pretty simple rhythms and awesome energy, which fits the vibe of the T-Tones.
