The varsity football team faced the Waltham “Hawks” at home on Friday, Oct. 18. The game ended with a final score of 31-0 with Wayland winning, making their season record 5-1. The WHS student section wore purple attire to support the theme of this football game, which is domestic violence awareness, as October is domestic violence awareness month.
