’10 continues biking tradition
Last year for their senior prank, the Class of 2009 had a parking snafu by switching spots with the juniors, and throwing a beach party in their lot. As punishment, the administration banned them from parking their cars on campus for a few days. Looking to make the best of the situation, the ’09 biked to school, and parked their bikes in their normal parking spots.
Continuing the tradition, in their last week of classes ’10 decided to bike to school, as well as bring suspicious looking drinks to school. The drinks supposedly contain no alcohol. “I brought ginger ale to school in an unlabeled water bottle,” said one senior. “If it alludes to another drink, that’s not my fault.”
In an e-mail to the community, Principal Tuwiler gave his thoughts on the event. “Ride your bike to school day – great idea! Bring suspicious drink to school day – bad idea.”

This was a hazard! When I went to the school three times through out the day, students were wandering across to and fro without looking, etc. Not a teacher in sight! Betcha those water bottles were suspicious.
