- The Walden Forum will host Jeffrey Miron and Dr. Kevin Sabet on Tuesday, October 2 at the WHS Main Stage at 7:30 pm to discuss Question three on the November ballot.
The Walden Forum will host Jeffrey Miron and Dr. Kevin Sabet on Tuesday, October 2 at the WHS Main Stage at 7:30 pm. Both will discuss Question Three on the November ballot, which deals with the topic of legalizing medical marijuana in Massachusetts. Dr. Miron will argue for the legalization of medical marijuana, while Dr. Sabet will argue against it.
Both speakers will have thirty minutes to state their opinions on the topic. After the presentation, the audience will have an opportunity to ask them questions on their reasoning.
This Tuesday’s discussion will mark the fourteenth speaker at the Walden Forum. The forum has been operating for just over two years with a goal of bringing experts in their field to inspire and engage the Wayland community about relevant issues.
