Flavor! Zucchini Oatmeal Banana Muffins

The perfect recipe for some healthy and easy morning muffins!
Dry ingredients:
- 3 cups old-fashion rolled oats
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-ins:
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
