Wayland girls varsity basketball defeats Shrewsbury in their home opener (highlights)

The Wayland Warriors took home a 44-28 win in their season opener against Shrewsbury. Wayland was led by senior Saniyyah Phillips with 17 points and freshman Ella Getz with 13 points and eight rebounds. The Warriors will play their next game on Friday, Dec. 16 at Bedford High School.
