This spring, Colin Norgaard was introduced as the new assistant track coach. He has more than 17 years of experience coaching and has coached high school cross country and track since 2000.

She grasps the silver railings beside the diving board as she climbs up onto the one meter springboard. She takes a deep breath and throws her body into a two and a half somersault in a pike. Her legs are perfectly straight. She enters the water without a splash.
Above is sophomore Lilly Lin playing hockey for Wayland. Lin is a three-season goalie and plays soccer, hockey and lacrosse for WHS. I love the way sports bring so many people together, Lin said.
