News:

Co-Editor-in-Chief Genevieve Morrison briefed Loker students attending WHS on Feb. 7 due to water damage. Editor Nadya Chase broke the news on WMS Principal Betsy Gavron announcing her plan to take a year sabbatical.

Morrison also wrote about Superintendent Easy being on leave, and Dr. Parry Graham serving as acting superintendent in Easy’s place. Morrison, Co-Editor-in-Chief Emily Roberge, WSPN’s Tess Alongi and WSPN’s Sophia Oppenheim reported on Superintendent Easy charging Wayland and School Committee members with discrimination.

Roberge, Alongi, WSPN’s Delia Caulfield and WSPN’s Bella Schreiber reported on the controversy around Wayland alumni Alberto Salazar’s name remaining in the WHS Hall of Fame despite sexual assault and doping allegations against him.
