![In previous years, New England ski mountains have left eager skiers unsatisfied because of the sub-par and icy conditions on the slopes. The Wayland-Watertown boys hockey team, the Raiders, played their first regular season game against Lexington High School on Dec. 13, winning 5-1. The game was played at the John A. Ryan Arena in Watertown. The Raiders play in the Middlesex League against many Division I and II teams despite being in Division III.
