The four-man band, Vagabond, performed in the theater on Tuesday, Jan. 27. Formed five years ago, the group has performed at Wayland High School five times. Vagabond features senior Ori Kohl on drums, senior Ben Hammond on guitar and vocals, senior Atticus DeGrenier on guitar, bass and vocals and junior Brennan Smith on bass and keyboard.
Vagabond opened the concert with “Don’t Stop Believin” by Journey and followed with “As It Was” by Harry Styles. The set list also included an original, “Don’t Let It Haunt You,” as well as “Kilby Girl” by The Backseat Lovers, “Yellow” by Coldplay, “Use Somebody” by Kings of Leon, “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers and “Smells Like Teen Spirit” by Nirvana.
“I’ve always loved listening to music and watching other people perform, and seeing how good they make me feel,” DeGrenier said. “I want to make other people feel the same way. And also, it’s really fun to get really good at something and put on a performance.”

"The exterior is still a nice monument to remember buildings [involved in] water history," Hoey said. "We all drink lots of water, and it's such an important resource that we kind of take for granted nowadays."](https://waylandstudentpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/IMG_2024-1200x800.jpg)
