In their “Coaches vs. Cancer” game on Senior Night, the girls varsity basketball team defeats their rival, the Weston Wildcats 47-32. In a primarily defensive battle, the Wildcats made just five field goals in the game with the rest of their points coming on free throws. The Warriors never trailed in the game, and were up 22-12 going into halftime. With the win against Weston, Wayland swept the Wildcats in their two-game season series.
