Flavor! Chocolate Espresso Muffins

Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 3 tbsp instant coffee grounds, 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 lightly beaten egg, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 5 tbsp butter, 1/4 tsp salt and cooking spray.
