WHSTE Presents: “Epic Proportions” dress rehearsal

Wayland High School Theater Ensemble (WHSTE) conducted their final dress rehearsal for their play “Epic Proportions,” on Wednesday, May 18 and the performances took place the following three days. “Epic Proportions” is about two brothers filming a fictional biblical film and the shenanigans that ensue once one of the brothers, Phil Bennett, became a director for the film.

The cast acts out a scene for their fictional biblical film within the play called "Exeunt Omnes." The brothers, Phil and Benny are extras within the fictional film. The background characters are grouped by fours to determine what scenes they'll be in. Benny, played by sophomore Wilson Harding, is a four, and his character has to act out many difficult scenes due to his group.
