Wayland gets tackled by Needham at first scrimmage

The first scrimmage for the Wayland Warriors ended with the Needham Rockets winning 14-6 on Friday, Sept. 2. Although this game was a loss, the team has high hopes for its next game against Hopkinton on Friday, Sept. 9.

Senior Jake Zocco returns to his position at cornerback before the next play starts. "As a young team, we definitely have a high ceiling, so it should be an entertaining season to watch," Zocco said.
