On Monday, Jan 29. the Sewing Club and Green Team put on their third annual slow fashion show which displayed up-cycled clothing items. The eventn the lecture hall during period second as a part of Winter Week. Along with the fashion show, an informational slideshow highlighted the impacts of fast fashion. “The fashion industry produces emissions that equate to driving 372,000 million cars per year,” fashion show organizer senior Charmaine Guo said.
