On Tuesday, April 28, the Wayland High School track team traveled to Weston High School for a meet against Weston and Boston Latin. Since Wayland already competed against Weston earlier in the season, the team was only scored against Boston Latin. The Wayland boys varsity team defeated Boston Latin, 106-34, while the girls varsity team lost, 83-45. Though Wayland’s match against Weston was not recognized as an official match, the scores of both games were recorded. The boys lost 93-52, and the girls lost 97.5-42.5. “From an individual standpoint, it’d be good to get as many athletes into states and championships if possible,” varsity track coach Timothy Glavin said.

"The exterior is still a nice monument to remember buildings [involved in] water history," Hoey said.
