The Wayland High School Theater Ensemble (WHSTE) practicies its final dress rehearsal for the play, “The Everyday Adventures of Harriet Handleman, Super Genius.” WHSTE performed on Saturday, March 2 at the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild competition.

Junior Isa Fuentes beams as she opens the first scene. Fuentes played the lead role in the play, Harriet. “We’ve been preparing for the show for many months now, since [the beginning of] December,” Fuentes said. “It took a lot of hard work, dedication and a lot of our free time to really invest in this production and get to know our characters.”
