It is an important weekend for Wayland High School athletics, as the wrestling team and the boys and girls swim and dive teams compete in their respective Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association tournaments.
Wrestling:
The wrestling team will compete in the MIAA Division 2 Central Sectional tournament Saturday, Feb. 14, at the WHS Field House. Wrestling begins at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to finish around 3 p.m..
Swimming:
The boys and girls swim and dive teams will compete in the MIAA Division 2 state meet Sunday, Feb. 15, at the MIT Zesiger Center. The meet is scheduled to start at 3:45 p.m..
