This past friday night, students were gathered in the Commons for a night of music, baked goods and social bonding. It was the Spring Coffee House hosted by our Amnesty International Club. Twice a year, students transform the Commons area from a cafeteria into a small theater, complete with a small stage and some blankets laid out for people to sit down. Student performers range from singer/songwriters to full bands and an occasional poet. In between the performances, Amnesty Club members share information about the petitions that are available to sign. Coffee House also provides an assortment of baked goods. This Coffee House had a great turnout, even with the SAT’s coming up next morning. Congratulations to all of the performers for great shows. Make sure to check out the Coffee House coming up next fall!

lies, honestly coffeehouse was terrible this year compared to previous coffeehouses. The event was the night before SATS and the turnout was aweful
