Wayland boys varsity volleyball won the opening playoff game against Pioneer Charter School of Science with a 3-0 sweep on Saturday May 30, kicking off the championship season. The game was a chance for the usual lineup to be mixed around and for players to challenge their flexibility with positions.

On April 19, Wayland Student Press, a student-run news medium of Wayland High School in Wayland, Mass., received a National Online Pacemaker Award, given by the National Scholastic Press Association, which was established on 1921. See pacemaker.wspnlive.com for more information.
