News Brief: Bell schedule for the first day of school

An ALICE drill will be held at WHS on Thursday, October 19. “We think it’s very important to involve everyone in the drill and in reviewing the protocol. If something were to ever happen, we are prepared school-wide to respond in the safest way we can,” WHS Principal Allyson Mizoguchi said.

The WHS administration recently released the bell schedule for the first day of school, Tuesday, September 5, through the WHS website.
This day will not be a letter day; rather, all eight periods will run. There will be only two lunches, each class is 30-35 minutes long, and lunch is 30 minutes long.
Below is the bell schedule for Tuesday, September 5. Wednesday, September 6 will be a regular A day.

8:30 - 9:05 Period 1
9:10 - 9:45 Period 2
