The Warriors came away with a 51-37 victory against the Weston Wildcats in their home opener. Senior Mac Larsen and junior Dana Fischer led the way in scoring with 11 points apiece. After trailing 20-24 going into halftime, Wayland caught fire in the second half as they outscored Weston 31-14, leading by as many as 17 points.
