Wayland track and field falls to Weston

The Wayland High School track and field team competed in a meet at Acton-Boxborough High School against Weston on Tuesday, April 12. While Wayland competed against Acton-Boxborough and Westford Academy, WHS was only scored against Weston because both schools in the DCL are similar in size. WHS had some great wins across various events, however, Weston ultimately won the meet with more total points. “My favorite thing about track is getting to socialize with my friends and everyone on the team,” junior Alexina McQuilkin said. “Everyone is super nice and positive.”
