Wayland boys varsity volleyball won the opening playoff game against Pioneer Charter School of Science with a 3-0 sweep on Saturday May 30, kicking off the championship season. The game was a chance for the usual lineup to be mixed around and for players to challenge their flexibility with positions.

Girls volleyball sets up the season with a win

Wayland High School’s girls varsity volleyball team won against Concord Carlisle on Wednesday, Sept. 6. The match was held in the field house and went to 3 sets. Wayland came out on top at their first home opener, resulting in a score of 2-1 against their opponents.
