25 Days of Cookies: White Chocolate Chip Cookies

In this post of 25 Days of Cookies, Whitney recommends this recipe for White Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Baking is one of my favorite things to do, and the holidays give me the perfect excuse to bake. White Chocolate Chip Cookies are a very easy and fun recipe to make. Although this cookie isn’t holiday themed, the chocolate chips taste great with a cup of milk.

The one problem I have with this fabulous recipe is how it calls for two cups of white chocolate chips. I always add in one cup of white chocolate chips and then one cup of semisweet chocolate chips. If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, you could add in some butterscotch chips or some other kind of chips. However, I recommend that you don’t exceed two cups of chips.
