On May 17th, 18th, and 19th, WHS’ Window Dance Ensemble will be holding Movie Night, the team’s last dance performance of the year. Seniors Maddie Moran, Lulu Phillip, and Marina Melero are this year’s team captains and directed all the choreography.

The title Movie Night was based off of the team’s decision to relate their choreography off of a specific movie. Throughout the show, short-lengthed clips will be played in order to entertain the audience.

“We love watching movies as a team and thought it would be fun to incorporate movies into our show,” Moran said.

The soundtrack of the show contains a variety of songs ranging from pop to rock music.

“Some songs include ‘Circus’ by Britney Spears, ‘Bailando’ by Enrique Iglesias, and ‘I Love Rock n’ Roll’ by Joan Jett,” Phillip said.

The seniors also reminisce their time in Window, as this is their last show of the year.

“I am really sad this is my last year in Window, as being on the team for the last four years has been an amazing experience. We’re an incredibly tight-knit group and it will definitely be hard to leave them next year,” Moran said.

“Being a senior this year, I learned the true responsibility of putting on a show. It has been a lot of work but extremely rewarding,” Phillip said, “I’ll definitely be back to visit.”
