Freshman Sadie Norgaard scribbles in a coloring book, one of the many the Media Center provides. “I really like the coloring books because there are scientific studies that coloring really helps stress relief," freshman Ashley Rice said. "And I think it’s a really good idea – I like the atmosphere.”
As a part of Winter Week relaxation, the Media Center has provided many different stress relief activities that are available all week. Some of these activities include puzzles, crossword puzzles, crafts and even paper airplane making.
