1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. canola oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs

Liquid measuring cup
Mixing bowls

1. Heat the skillet to medium heat
2. Crack and scramble two eggs in the mixing bowl
3. Pour in the milk
4. Slowly add in flour, sugar and canola oil
5. Melt a pat of butter on the skillet
6. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Wait until the batter starts to bubble (about 30-60 seconds) and flip the crépe over
7. Roll up and serve with maple syrup
