At home latté

Ingredients:
2 cups two-percent milk
2 tablespoons ground espresso beans
4 ounces of water

Supplies:
Moka pot
Measuring cup

Directions:
Unscrew the bottom of the moka pot and remove the filter. Fill the bottom of the pot with four ounces of water. Put the filter back on and add two tablespoons of ground espresso beans on top. Screw the top of the moka pot back on and set to medium heat. Let boil for six minutes.

Next, pour one-and-a-half cups of milk into a mug, then heat in the microwave for two minutes. Pour the other half cup of milk into a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly. Shake for 60 seconds or until the volume doubles. Unscrew the lid and heat in the microwave for one minute.

Pour the espresso into the hot milk. Take the mason jar out of the microwave and spoon foam onto the top of the coffee. Sprinkle espresso grounds, cocoa powder or cinnamon on top of the foam.
