Flavor! Energy Balls

In this edition of Flavor!, staff reporter Eliya Howard-Delman makes energy balls.

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup ground flax seed
½ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl

2. Form into balls with your hands

3. Put them onto a baking sheet and freeze for an hour until set
