The girl’s varsity soccer team played against Weston for their last game of the season on Saturday, Nov. 7. Wayland was originally scheduled to play Waltham during the finals for playoffs, but unfortunately, they weren’t allowed to because Waltham was in the red zone due to COVID-19. With a very back and forth game with the Weston Wildcats, Wayland gave up the tie in the last 30 seconds in the game, due to a foul outside the box. The final score was 3-2 with Weston taking the win.7
