Hello and welcome back to “The Bachelor Rewind!” It’s been a while and so much has happened, but don’t worry because we are getting right back into Matt James’ season of ABCs, “The Bachelor.” We have a ton of things to get to, so let’s get going.

Over time we’ve witnessed blossoming connections between Matt and multiple women. Of the numerous envious women, the most hated was Sara, who immediately clicked with Matt and even went on a one-on-one date. The date went so well that Sara somehow ignored the 15 other eager women—she decided to break an unwritten Bachelor rule by crashing a group date! Whether you’re losing a limb or your mind, you never interrupt a group date uninvited. Regardless, Sara went for it, rendering her No. 1 enemy in the women’s eyes. Though what she did was wrong and handled it poorly, she didn’t deserve the girls ganging up on her after everything happened. After a night of crying, she decided to leave the show because of the environment and a situation with her family. While Matt wasn’t happy about her decision, he let her go and wished her nothing but the best in life. With one woman out, the 15 other women had the chance to step in.

The craziness sparked at the cocktail party when Chris Harrison suddenly pulled Matt aside from Victoria (thank goodness). To everyone’s surprise, five new women arrived, and we met Ryan, Catalina, Michelle, Brittany and Kim. Let’s just say that the “OGs” were certainly not having any of it. The new women were not welcomed with open arms, and everyone, including viewers, could sense the tension. The original women were furious not only about not seeing Matt, but the fact that there were more women in the house. And, of course, we can’t forget our (not) dear friend, Victoria. Since Harrison interrupted her and Matt mid-conversation, she sure had a lot to say—especially about Catalina. Catalina never did anything to Victoria, but the second she saw a crown on her head, it was over. Victoria wasn’t going to let her role as “queen” be jeopardized, and we all know what she is capable of.

However, all of us certainly underestimated Anna. She quickly spread a rumor about Brittany (a new girl), who she was warned of before coming on the show. Anna told Victoria (horrible idea) of the rumors, which have now been spread around the house. Both Brittany and Katie were not happy about the occurrence—Katie was tired of the drama, the hate toward the new girls and was especially mad about the life changing rumors. She was so frustrated that she expressed her concerns to Matt, who said he would address these issues with everyone. We personally feel like Katie did the right thing—the original girls need to move on and either be friendly with one another or simply focus on their own relationship with Matt.

Among many connections, Matt’s connection with Michelle was especially strong. Although we were left on a cliffhanger, we’re eager to see how the girls will react to Matt’s knowledge of the rumors. Who will be sent home? Will anyone voluntarily leave?

I guess we will have to wait until next week. Stay tuned as we continue to unpack Matt’s season of “The Bachelor”, and the drama that comes with it.
