Football falls to Cambridge Rindge and Latin

On Friday, April 3, the Wayland Warriors took the field facing Cambridge Rindge and Latin. After a close fight between the Warriors and the Falcons, Wayland was defeated 42-48. “I want these last games to be the best football I’ve ever played,” senior Dylan Derubeis said. “The phrase ‘this might be your last game’ is really starting to come into play.”
Junior Sean Goodfellow greets his senior cousin Shane Derubeis on the sideline. Whether it's with their Warrior family or at family events, Goodfellow and Derubeis, alongside senior Dylan Derubeis and junior Adam Goodfellow, hold an unstoppable dynamic. "Having family on the team just builds our connection," Goodfellow said. "Seeing them on and off the field is truly awesome."
