Wayland girls Powderpuff team falls to Weston in a highly anticipated game

On Wednesday, Nov. 24, the Wayland girls Powderpuff team played in the first powderpuff game in two years. Per tradition, the Wayland senior girls battled the Weston senior girls. Wayland lost 14-0 after a hard fought game. Many fans came to the game to cheer on the team, including some family members visiting for Thanksgiving.

Senior coach Finn O'Driscoll talks to the offense and goes over what play they should execute. The team practiced for many weeks leading up to the game, so they had many plays that they could choose from.
