WHS celebrates Halloween 2023

On Tuesday, Oct. 31, WHS seniors continued the annual WHS tradition of wearing Halloween costumes to school. During an extended advisory block, Vice Principal Laura Cole organized a “Monster Mash” celebration in the Commons with themed music and candy.

Mischa Lee, Class of 2025, is a fourth year reporter and arts & entertainment editor for WSPN. She manages the Wayland Swim and Dive team and is a member of the WHS A Capella group, the Muses. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling.

Melina Barris, Class of 2025, is a third year reporter, copy editor for broadcast and sports and co-graphics editor. Fiona Peltonen, Class of 2027, is the features editor for WSPN. She runs long distance outdoor track for WHS and volunteers at Newton Wellesley Hospital. In her free time, she likes to go for runs, spend time outside and hang out with friends.
