![On Thursday, Nov. 23, Thanksgiving morning, the Wayland High School Warriors (7-3) will take on Weston High School’s Wildcats (3-6) at 10 a.m. on Wayland High School’s turf.

![Earlier this month, WHS students auditioned for the highly selective Eastern Senior Districts ensembles. These ensembles allow high school students to improve their own musical ability and to play with other accomplished musicians as well. I really like watching the district rehearsals, WHS band director Joe Oneschuk said. You get to see the whole creative process happen. On Sunday, Oct. 29, the WHS Connect Program hosted the annual Fall Festival and Haunted House. The event took place in the WHS field house, and involved activities including a student-run haunted house, face-painting and candy.
