WHS Talent Show highlights

On Thursday, Feb. 2, Wayland High School’s annual Talent Show took place during fourth block and last block. A variety of students showcased their talents through singing, dancing, comedy or playing musical instruments. The WHS Student Council organized this event, and teachers were allowed to sign up their classes to attend the event beginning last week. The Talent Show occurs during Winter Week.

Marissa Mendoza, Class of 2026, is a third year reporter and the organizational managing editor for WSPN. Mendoza is also the reporting editor for the yearbook. Outside of school, she works at Volante Farms and enjoys spending time with friends, traveling and doing outdoor activities.

Ryan Chase, Business Managing Editor

Ryan Chase, Class of 2026, is a fourth year reporter and business managing editor for WSPN. During the winter, he is a varsity alpine skier for WHS. Outside of school, he enjoys skiing, spending time with friends, traveling and watching movies. Contact: [email protected]

Melina Barris, Copy Editor and Co-Graphics Editor

Melina Barris, Class of 2025, is a third year reporter, copy editor for broadcast and sports and co-graphics editor. She is a member of the varsity field hockey team and a member of Window Dance Ensemble. Outside of school, sports and dance, Melina enjoys seeing friends, traveling and drawing.
