It is located on Speen Street in Framingham, Massachusetts. “I took over the stand and have been running the stand since 2019,” Houle said. “I enjoy making hot dogs and providing a quick and easy meal for people on the go.” Houle, working through COVID, made an impact on the Framingham community with his outdoor trolley.
