News:
Staff Reporter Ainsley Jay briefed the Dec. 6 town meeting which discussed Wayland teachers’ contracts.
“On Wednesday, Dec. 6, a town meeting will occur in Wayland High School’s auditorium at 6:45 p.m. to discuss contracts for Wayland Public Schools (WPS) teachers and teaching assistants,” Jay wrote.
Features:
Staff Reporter Sophia Verma produced an article on guiding WHS seniors into their next chapter. WSPN’s Jeffery Zhang wrote about John Berry’s DJing career.
Meanwhile, Staff Reporters Marissa Mendoza and Maddie Zajac produced chapter one of “Humans of WHS.” Staff Reporter Annika Martins and WSPN’s Jenny Shine wrote about WHS’s Lend a Paw club.
Opinion:
Staff Reporter Tasha Janoff and Martins wrote about the behind the scenes of Matthew Perry. WSPN’s Bella Schreiber and Shine shared their opinions on Charrissa Thompson being an unethical reporter. Guest Writers Hedaia Elelimy and Noreen Javed discussed their thoughts on Palestine.

Staff Reporters Elyssa Grillo and Bowen Morrison overviewed and photographed WHS’s spirit week. Staff Reporters Melina Barris, Jessi Dretler and Grillo reviewed “Hunger Games: The Ballad of the Song Birds and Snakes.”
Meanwhile, WSPN’s Kally Proctor produced an article on WHS musicians taking the stage at Eastern Districts. Staff Reporters Margaret Buffum, Fiona Peltonen and Olivia Green produced a holiday gift guide.
