Ross and Janoff dance the Charleston during "Nowadays," the final number in "Chicago." Orcha choreographed used a Charleston in almost all dance numbers because it was popularized by flappers in the 1920s, and adds authenticity to the show.

Janoff and Ross step out of character to share a moment of pure joy. Ross, a senior and WHSTE veteran, is nostalgic even before they step onstage. "I'm so sad this is my last WHSTE musical," Ross said. "But I'm glad "Chicago" is my last musical here because it's such a fantastic show."
