Also salt doesnt make water boil faster… That's a myth (sort of, it makes it boil slightly faster, a matter of milliseconds, you salt the water to make the pasta taste better. If you want to make it boil faster all you can do is put a tight lid on it to keep the heat in.)

We actually brushed the crust with cream instead.
