Wayland student exploring in Antarctica

While most of us here in Wayland are busy complaining about the “cold,” senior Andrew Budnick is participating in an intensive research and exploration program in Antarctica. As part of a program called Students on Ice, Budnick will be in Antarctica until February 28th, conducting labs, interacting with native wildlife (yes, penguins), and learning about one of the most remote and intriguing places on earth.
