Over the past few weeks, the old Wayland High School has disappeared. Students and teachers watched from the new school as the seven buildings they once occupied were torn down, one by one. The demolition process has many small phases that will take place over the next few months, with the project slated to finish August 17, 2012.

Ah cool a clock tower!, now the the school will actually have something vaguely interesting/apealling about it instead of the two brown/gray turd bricks we have now!

what's this underground facility? and where is the clock tower suppose to be?

The underground facilities include electrical, drainage, water services and gas.
The clock tower will be at the end of the North Building (Building A) canopy. In the attached link you can see where the clock tower will be, on the far right of the top image.
