Wandering Backpack: Charlene Bishop

Wandering Backpack asks what you would bring if you had 10 minutes to pack a bag with your most treasured items, knowing you wouldn’t be back for years.

Workout clothes and sneakers: So I can exercise and be comfortable.

Sunglasses: So I don’t have to squint and get wrinkles.

Coffee: I hope there’s a Keurig where ever I’m going.

Charger and computer: So I can watch TV and movies.

iPhone: So I can talk to everybody and still get wifi if my computer doesn’t pick it up.

Wallet and debit card: So I can pay for things.

Gatorade: In case there are no other beverages where ever I’m going.

I think it would more depend on the person and their situation as to what goes into this backpack, I have had many many Backpacks in my life time! From the streets of Toronto as a kid to today fighting the same demons still angry and still carrying a Backpack! Always 1 thing goes into everyone’s Backpack when they are given 10 minutes to flee! It’s always PAIN,and Trauma! Of events past that forever travel with us through time! We put in our backpacks the hurt the pain the anger from the loss of trust that was supposed to be there by so many and never was!
