Bringing intensity from the beginning to the end of the game is something the team has been working on all season, Kiernan said. It often takes a while to warm up our competitive mindset. By the time we got to the second or third quarter, usually everyone has brought up their intensity to where it needs to be. Against Weston, we made up for low intensity in the first quarter with high intensity in the remaining three.
